Returns Policy

At RAD Furnishings, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality barstools and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, which is why we have established a clear and fair returns policy.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  • You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.    

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or customisation. These include:

  • Barstools that have been assembled or modified.
  • Customised or personalised barstools.
  • Clearance items marked as final sale.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at rad.homefurnishings@gmail.com or call us at 07961 33 8542 to request a return authorisation.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £60, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our eligibility criteria outlined above. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

If you wish to exchange an item for another barstool, please follow the same process as outlined above for returns but specify that you would like an exchange during your communication with customer service.

If you receive a damaged or defective barstool, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage/defect so we can assist you promptly with a replacement or refund.
